A Travellers Wellbeing 2 - Léa Galasso

Hello ! I'm a 25 years old french girl named Léa and I'm travelling in England at the moment.
I got involved in this project because I believed that I could help Emily in the visual communication part of her new company. I may not be an expert in anything but I have some technical skills that can be useful and on top of everything I'm motivated to make things pleasant and clear to look at.

When I think about the word "wellbeing", I directly picture a person doing yoga and eating super healthy in a zen atmosphere. From my point of view, wellbeing refers to happiness.
The feeling of total fulfillment you can have at one specific moment where you think "I'm at the right place at the right time, I don't need anything more". I can recall a few moments like that in my life. It's like taking some distance from what is happening in front of your eyes, what you are experiencing and when you go back to it you enjoy it fully until it ends.

Once I was in Finland and I was doing this sauna tradition. As you may know, Finland has lots of lakes. Most of finnish families, in addition of their regular house or apartment, owns a wood cabin where they go for holidays. I was living in one of those for a few weeks many summers ago. The sauna is a huge part of the finnish culture so they usually have saunas in their home (it doesn't matter if it's an apartment in the city center or a house in the country side).
As I understood, when you go to the sauna ; you should be naked and alternate swimming in the lake and sitting in the sauna. So that's what I did several times few days in a row. And one day, I don't know why that day in particular, I felt so good. I came out of the sauna, looked at the amazing surroundings, the air temperature was perfect, the lake temperature was perfect, everything felt right, I felt relaxed and in total harmony with the nature and everything around me.
